Outdoor Storage Cabinets For Hazardous Materials

Rugged, weatherproof, reliable, pre-engineered cabinets are superior to site construction by saving time and money, and offer greater flexibility.

Benefits include:
  • Factory Mutual (FM) approval and labels.
  • Unitized heavy 12-gauge steel walls and roof formed and welded for strength.
  • Three-point locking system for security.
  • Oversized steel sump meets NFPA 30 and EPA 40 CFR – double-welded inside-and-out to be leakproof.
  • Chemical-resistant epoxy paint, inside and out, for longevity and a heat-reflective polyurethane topcoat for UV-protection and weather resistance.
  • Gravity ventilation – six air changes per hour.
  • Bonding, grounding system to protect against static electricity.
  • Removable sectional plywood flooring for easy sump inspection and cleaning. Steel grating is standard on two and four drum units.

Non-Combustible Outdoor Storage Cabinets

Designed to store Class 1B flammables in locations at least 75 feet away from other occupied, insured facilities. (Check with your local sources for regulations in your area.)






Fire-Rated Outdoor Storage Cabinets

Provided fire resistant up to two hours and are designed to store Class 1B flammables in locations within 75 feet of an occupied, insured facility. It may be placed indoors with local approval and should include light, fire suppression system and mechanical ventilation ducted to outdoors. (Check with your local sources for regulations in your area.)

Added benefits:
  • Two-hour fire-rated gypsum board between 12-gauge steel exterior walls and roof and galvannealed steel interior walls and ceiling.
  • Two-hour fire-rated doors.
  • 11/2 hour fire louver on vent openings.






Non-Combustible and Explosion-Resistant Cabinets with Relief Panels

Designed for the storage of Class 1A flammables or the dispensing of Class 1A and Class 1B flammables within the cabinet in locations at least 75 feet away from other occupied, insured facilities. (Check with your local sources for regulations in your area.)

Added benefits:
  • Explosion-resistant construction (100 psf) with FM approved relief panels that release at 20 psf.






Fire-Rated and Explosion-Resistant Cabinets with Relief Panels
