MicrogardÒ 1500 Coverall

An extremely soft, lightweight and breathable coverall designed for protection against hazardous dry particles (Type 5 – prEN13982-1/2) and limited spray of liquid chemicals (Type 6 – prEN 13634).
  • Double layer spunbonded polypropylene improves strength, tear and puncture resistance to give a durable coverall
  • Twin layer of microfibre fabric, laminated between the polypropylene provides excellent particle barrier capabilities. The fabric will filter 99.69% of particles of size 3-3.5mu (defined by CEN document. CEN/TC162/WG3/TG3/N85)
  • Soft, light and flexible fabric provides high breathable results for ultimate comfort
  • Excellent liquid repellency gives good protection against low hazardous liquid chemicals
  • High breathability fabric prevent “Bellows Effect”
  • Unique x-seam hood design for improved head fit

MicrogardÒ 2000 Coverall

A workwear manufactured with bound seams to provide enhanced liquid protection. Designed for protection against limited spray of liquid chemicals (Type 6 – prEN 13634) and hazardous dry particles (Type 5 – prEN13982-1/2).
  • Highest quality two-way stretched microporous film provides both effective liquid and particle barrier combined with a high water vapour transmission rate (6800 gsm. 24hr) from inside to outside, so the wearer stays cool and comfortable
  • Two-way stretched in both machine and cross directions during manufacture can improves strength, tear and puncture resistance to give a durable coverall
  • Bound seams to provide enhanced liquid protection
  • High quality microfibre fabric provides excellent particle barrier capabilities. The fabric will filter 100% of particles of size >3-3.5mu and below 1% of particles of size 1.0-3.5mu (defined by CEN document. CEN/TC162/WG3/TG3/N85)
  • Excellent liquid repellency and particle barrier for protection against low hazard liquid and dust chemicals
